Low risk, high return
As a registered Group Training Organisation (GTO), MEGT directly employs the trainee and places them with a host employer (your business).
Candidates are thoroughly screened, suitable and job-ready for you to provide on-the-job training and supervision as they work towards their qualification, adding value to your business.
MEGT will manage all wages, entitlements and employment obligations, while also providing dedicated mentorship and pastoral care support for both the trainee and their direct supervisor.
Thanks to this extra layer of support, MEGT trainees achieve significantly higher completion rates than the national average, reducing staff turnover and costly mis-hires.

How the IT Traineeship with Microsoft + works
The traineeship combines the structure of a vocational traineeship with the latest in real-world IT certifications. Trainees complete a standard Certificate IV in Information Technology, plus three Microsoft microcredentials, chosen from a suite of 22.
Once trainees have completed 19 of the 20 units in the Cert IV - or have reached 12 months into their program, an MEGT consultant will meet with you and your trainee to select your preferred focus areas from the Microsoft microcredentials suite, tailored to the trainee’s career goals and your organisation’s needs.
