The Role
Working as a Receptionist in a busy eye-wear retail store your responsibilities will include;
- Greeting customers
- Assisting customers choose eyewear
- Booking Appointments for Optometrists
- Making sales
You will be working towards a Certificate III in Customer Contact whilst working full time. You will get three hours per week, during work hours to spend on your course work and you will also receive on the job training from experienced staff. Along the way you will receive ongoing support and guidance from an MEGT Field Officer.
At the end of your 12 month traineeship, you will have a nationally recognised qualification as well as the opportunity to join the business as a permanent member of the team.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have;
- Ideally completed Year 12
- At least 6 months experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills
- You will be required to complete a National Police Check prior to commencement
