MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice.

About the role:
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:

  • Support Maintenance and Repairs: Assist with troubleshooting equipment, performing planned maintenance, and reducing downtime by learning how to identify and fix issues.
  • Learn Technical Skills: Read mechanical drawings, help with equipment changeovers, and understand how different machines and parts work to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Work as a Team Player: Collaborate with different departments, assist with spare parts and planning, and take part in continuous improvement projects to support site-wide goals.
