About the Role:
The Kindy Garden Early Learning Centre is offering a full-time traineeship opportunity to someone who is passionate about working with young children and ready to begin their career in early education.
As a trainee, you will study towards your Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) while gaining real experience in a professional and nurturing childcare setting.
You’ll work alongside a team of qualified, experienced educators who will support and guide you every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting in the daily care and supervision of children aged 0–5

Supporting educators in setting up and running play-based learning activities

Learning to observe, document and reflect on children’s development

Helping with mealtimes, rest routines and hygiene

Maintaining a safe, clean and inclusive learning environment

Attending team meetings and engaging in professional learning

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (traineeship requirement)
